Made specifically for Mountain Biking and BMX, the Vans Warner SPD Shoes feature a rubber sole with the Off the Wall waffle tread, centered tongue to keep debris from getting into your shoes, and molded sockliner.  Vans tried to keep the Warner SPD as light as possible, while still stiff.
