The 2011 Trek Madone 5 Series is virtually the same as last year’s series, except details on where its produced.

Along with the other Madones, the Trek Madone 5 Series is produced in the United States, but the 2011 series is produced in Asia. The Trek 2011 Madone 5 Series features the same round seat mast as the 6 series. This adds for a more compliant bike and reduces some weight.

Throughout the series, Trek uses TCT carbon technology. TCT will go through the whole engineering process as the OCLV carbon. The only difference is TCT is produced in facilities around the world.

Lastly, a BB90 bottom bracket is added, the widest bb on the market. With…

Just as you see the 2011 Speed Concept 9.9, the bike is not “time trial” legal, and will not pass UCI rules. For example, the cargo pouch on the back, which increases the bikes aerodynamics, will have to come off while racing TT; The handlebars are also a problem with…

The 2011 Trek Fuel EX is one of Trek’s most versatile offerings when it comes to full suspension bikes. You can take 2011 Fuel EX across various terrains, with this light and precise machine.

Using the ABP technology, also known as Active Braking Pivot, the 2011 Trek Fuel EX aligns the rear suspension directly with the rear wheel, allowing the shock to still move if your breaking braking, pedaling or descending.
