One of the nicest looking fixed gear bikes for 2012 is from Subrosa Bikes. Its new Malum has a 100% Japanese CrMo TT frame, which comes with an oval butted DT, 400mm chainstays, and a 100% 4130 CrMo fork with tapered legs and a 28mm reach.

The Malum is designed to offer maximum comfort in seating. This is achieved through attaching the Shadow “Mid” pivotal seat and allowing for adequate clearance to ride fixie freestyle. Equipped with Finger Banger flangeless grips and Ravager PC pedals from Shadow, the Malum guarantees riding comfort.

Designed for a fun cycling freestyle fixie or pedaling around the city, the Letum from Subrosa Bikes is one of the newest fixed gear bikes for 2012. Along with its 100% CrMo TT frame is a Hi-Ten fork that features a CrMo steerer tube, 28mm reach, and tapered legs.

Although some material of the Letum has been sufficiently saved, it was still possible to maintain its strength. Like its first-rate frame, the 26in bar is also 100% CrMo and it features 3in rise, 3-degree upweep, and 10-degree backsweep.

Weighing in at 10.11kg, the 2012 Subrosa Letum Fixed Gear Bike is very lightweight but still amazingly complete with the necessary components a fixie should have. These components include Finger Banger flangeless grips and Ravager PC pedals from Shadow.
