For riders who prefer an elite racing shoe Italian quality with the best performance, the Hora shoe is the ideal item. By using a dial to fine-tune fit, the micrometric cable closure system of the Hora makes its fit exact and safe.

Four-channel ventilation is provided by its full carbon unidirectional air system sole. While offering a new graphic, the 2012 Vittoria Hora Road Racing Shoes still remains unchanged in terms of technique. The Hora is definitely a perfect combination of fashion and performance.

Northwave has released touring shoes for 2011, which are also ideal for audaxing, commuting, and regular sport or leisure riding. With its road shoe style, the shoes are firm enough to make pedaling as nice as possible.

Though stylish enough in its black overall with white and gray highlights, this practical touring and audax shoe is not complete worry-free. Its three-strap Velcro closure, for example, does not allow easy adjustment as much as ratchet closures do.

Furthermore, cleat compatibility can be an issue, especially if the pedals are not Shimano SPDs. To some riders, the cleat bolt or insole can be a source of nuisance. However, the 2011 Northwave Touring Shoes are easier to walk in compared to typical road shoes. The shoes have a nicer and stiffer sole, too.

Comfort is also placed on various parts of the shoes, including the front area of the foot and toe, which is also thanks in part to the non-deformable design of the shoe.

The rider’s foot fits snugly into the shoe all thanks to the new magnetic fastening system coupled with a double strap fastening system. Speaking of magnets, the Carnac Attraction also features a light MCS (Magnetic Closure System) that closes the insides of the foot from…

Prolly is getting more and more popular these days. John Watson, owner of Prolly blog, is currently working on a project in collaboration with DZR shoes. John is very much enthusiastic to say that the DZR Prolly shoes will be out in a couple of months.

The DZR Prolly shoes are an all black low top SPD sneaker with an all Vegan Prolly’s new track-end P logo in reflective material on the upper. The heel is a bit raised to make the cup deeper, which makes them more comfortable to use even for fixed freestyle rides. The shoes is made to be durable with an attractive design that compliments the whole package. The inner part of the shoes will be purple faux-leather and the bottom will be a black gumsole. This is an entirely new design by John Watson for DZR shoes.
