PRO just announced a voluntary recall on the Hi-Comp Stem due to a safety issue they have came across. The PRO Hi-Comp Stem is manufactured for road bikes, and were produced between November 2003 to June 2006. Sadly due to fatigue the stems may crack or break, and when flying at high speeds you can loose control which can cause bodily harm. If you have purchased this stem, return right away to the store you have purchased from, and they will give you a refund.
