Seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong has had many publicized conflicts with other cyclists, many of which have been fabricated just for the media to intimidate his competition. The conflict between Armstrong and two-time Tour winner Alberto Contador, however, is real. “We are not making it up. It’s there,” Armstrong says of the conflict to Australian magazine Sport&Style. Contador is not particularly fond of Armstrong either; “My relationship with Armstrong is zero.” I think that independently of what his character is, he is still a great champion.
