Officially announced today at 10 am, the 2010 Tour of California host cities are confirmed. In addition, on the social network platform twitter Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger had a cross conversation with cyclists Lance Armstrong, George Hincapie, David Zabriskie and Levi Leipheimer, who all confirmed they will take part in the 2010 Tour of California. Here is the schedule:

Stage 1: Sunday, May 16th – Nevada City to Sacramento
Stage 2: Monday, May 17th – Davis to Santa Rosa
Stage 3: Tuesday, May 18th – San Francisco to Santa Cruz
Stage 4: Wednesday, May 19th – San Jose to Modesto
Stage 5: Thursday, May 20th – Visalia to Bakersfield
Stage 6: Friday, May 21st – Pasadena to Big Bear Lake
Stage 7: Saturday, May 22nd – Los Angeles (individual time trial)

In total, six bikes were designed by KAWS, Damien Hirst, Marc Newson, Kenny Scharf, Yoshitomo Nara, and Shepard Fairey. Initial debut took place on October 2nd, the day Lance Armstrong was diagnosed with cancer, followed with a special dinner that was held by Armstrong and Thompson, in association with Park Avenue Armory. You can check out the bikes until October 22nd at 643 Park Avenue New York, but on November 1st, a special auction will go live in support of the Lance Armstrong Foundation.
