Royal Racing launched a flip book for their 2011 line of clothing (which we will show shortly), but we felt these two jerseys needed some shine by itself. Royal Racing will release soon two jerseys, one short sleeve and long sleeve made with real coffee beans!

Known as the Royal Racing Java jerseys, each use a “SE Cafe” material that claims to combat odor and moisture. Comfort is still a big play, while the sleeves are pre-curved. Highlights are 1/4 zipp neck, mesh side panels, zipped pockets located at the rear, and flat locked stitching.

Shimano will release two new mountain bike shoes this October, the AM41 and the AM45. They are new models inspired by the popular MP56 and MP66 models. Although the AM41 actually bumps off the AM40 as a flat pedal shoe, it comes with the Vibram sole but shows off with new uppers. Said to be less grippy than a 5:10 sole, the AM41 makes up in terms of durability.

Both shoes now have the Velcro flap to prevent your shoelaces from getting in the way as you pedal. The AM45 features more ankle protection with a semi-high top style and closed uppers. It has larger cleat recess and new sole for a skate style look yet SPD compatible. The Shimano AM41 retails at £79.99 while the Shimano AM45 will be available for £69.99.

RaceFace showcased the highlights of its 2011 Ambush kit for men and women. The 2011 collection includes; jersey, shorts, gloves, knee armor and a trendy messenger bag. RaceFace features their collection all made of recycled post consumers and post industrial wastes. 50 percent of which are put into use to produce the Ambush kits.

For the Men’s (DH jersey and shorts) Ambush kit, both jersey and shorts are made of recycled materials yarned and bonded into lightweight, durable and breathable waterproof fabric. The jersey has its usual hidden stash pocket and the inside pocket weight for the rider’s glasses. The Enduro short is for cross country enthusiasts. It has a removable liner that’s separate form the shorts. It has adjustable waist straps and a sliding front snap locks to keep you secured. It also features the Body Geometry Comp pad to allow better blood flow and pressure support. With mesh front panels and shell panels for ventilation and better functionality, the Enduro Shorts has a MSRP of $120.00.
