Commuters, feast your eyes on this: It’s called the Sporty Supahero, a cycling jacket geared for low-lighting commutes, along with the capability of using it with a smartphone. Just how you might ask?

Wolfgang Langeder and Fraunhofer IZM designed the jacket with some high-tech qualities. Breathable, water resistant fabric was used in the making of this innovative garment. Powering the Sporty Supaheroe’s lighting system is a flexible 64 RGB-LED made up of stretchable circuits. That’s not it. What sets this cycling jacket apart form the rest is it’s ability to sync with a smartphone. The jacket can let its wearer know when there is an incoming call. Integrated sensors are also used in tandem with a smartphone to record body movement along with speed, location and more.
