The 2011 prototype Psychlo X RSL from Moots is its latest project that combines the best of two bikes to excel in the cyclocross world. Available on July 2011, the Psychlo X RSL titanium possesses butted tubes in the main frame.
To keep bearings away from the bottom bracket shell, the prototype has a pressfit BB30 that’s bridgeless. This will also give a wide platform for the oversized tubing and wider mud clearance with its flattened out chainstays.
Moots also highlights a replaceable rear derailleur hanger and a 30.9mm seatpost, identical to the Moots RSL. A redesigned old fork will be the fork for the Psychlo X RSL. The ‘cross prototype will have a RSL stem and total weigh will be about 15.5lbs.
