Back in March, Google launched cycling directions for the United States. Now in November, nine cities in Canada will experience Google directions leading to local bike paths and lanes. The rest of Canada will have basic cycling directions that will direct you to roads with less traffic.
The nine cities with the better version of Google cycling directions are Edmonton, Calgary, Kelowna, Ottawa, Gatineau, Toronto, Vancouver, Winnipeg, and Waterloo.
If you notice an error, Google asks for you to use the reporting tool so they can fix it. You can also suggest cycling routes to be included.
