2011 Haro Objekt Fixed
Haro introduces the Objekt, a fixed gear bike that you can also use for your daily commutes. It comes in colors of white and lime and in three sizes (XS, S and M). The Objekt retails for $549.99.
The 2011 Haro Objekt features a Haro 700c Fixed Gear steel frame with a chromoly fork. It uses Weinmann Zac-19 rims and Kenda 700x38c tires. Haro platform pedals, saddle and BMX grips were also packaged on the Objekt. It also has a 27.2mm seatpost and freewheel 16T fixed gear cog.
The Objekt comes with an aluminum fli-flop rear hub, tubular chromoly cranks, chromoly riser bar and Tektro dual-pivot brakes for better control and handling.
Nice offering at a competitive spec for the price point, especially if by “steel frame” the reviewer means cro-moly, if not a cro-moly frame then it would be under spec’d at this price point!!! Definitely dig the crank set, sets this bike apart from what else is out there, very much in Haro’s BMX tradition!!!
