Cielo Cycles comes out with a 29er Mountain Bike made with the artistic input of Chris King and Jay Sycip. The modern Mountain Bike has a retro twist on its stainless steel seat stays with engraved caps and a brass head tube badge. It carries Chris King Precision Components like the head tube reinforcement rings.
The Mountain Bike features a Chris King sealed bearing InSet headset and Paragon Machine Works sliding dropouts so you have the option to make it geared or singlespeed. It has 68mm English thread for bottom bracket and rear hub spacing of 135mm. It also has stainless steel bearings and a TruVativ Noir crankset.
With a 9 speed cassette and X-0 derailleur, it comes with a Ritchey seatpost, Fizik Gobi saddle and a 2011 Fox F-29 fork with 100mm travel. Completed with SRAM X-9 shifters and AVID Elixir CR brakes, the Cielo Cycles Mountain Bike also has a Ritchey control set.
Retail price for the frame and inset is $1695. Made in Portland Oregon, the frame comes in colors of Transit grey, Oyster white, Fall orange, Cielo blue, Jade green and Galaxy black.
