2011 Felt Edict
Felt Bicycles introduces a strong line of new models for 2011. Felt’s first entry into the cross-country category is the Edict. The 2011 Edict features a four inch travel carbon fiber frame. It features the Felt Active Suspension Technology (FAST) and weighs only 4.4 pounds.
The Edict no longer has the Equilink suspension design and has a single pivot design on the seat stays. This indicates you won’t need a rear pivot at the dropouts. Chainstay and seat stays are molded as one for increased efficiency. The Felt bikes will have internal cable routing with finishing details like tornado top caps.
The Edict LTD comes with the SRAM XX drivetrain, UHC Ultimate and Nano carbon frame. It also has a RockShox SAID XX World Cuop 100mm fork at a price of $8999 and weighs 21.1lbs. The Edict Pro is equipped with Shimano Deore XT drivetrain and will retail for $5499.

What a good looking bike!!
Its beautiful. The lines are clean, aligned. There are not reasons to ride hardtails with bikes like this around. (I am from Brazil, please bring one to here).
Felt definitely needed the Edict so it could let it’s Virtue line be the trailbike it wanted to be
