Chicago Wig releases its new commuter bag aptly named The People’s Bag. With a tagline that is geared to servicing cyclists, the People’s Bag is lighter because it uses 1000 denier Cordura construction minus the vinyl lining.

The minimalist design allows users to be less conspicuous in traffic but still remain visible with light loops and a 20-inch lime tape, which glows brightly across the bag’s front.

To make each ride more comfortable, there’s more padding for the interchangeable strap and at the integrated back of the bag. Aside from the main compartment, which has 1800 cubic inches of space, there’s a laptop sleeve that you can also use for other items you wish to carry around. There are also 4 pockets inside that allow for tools, pens, tubes and any other things you need with you.

The People’s Bag costs $150.00 …

On the left you see Target’s Bicycle print, and on the right is Steve MacDonald’s original print, although there are slight changes, overall the concept was stolen. It is common for large companies to take art and concepts from others, although it is far from being right. Sorry to hear about your frustration Steve, now it is time to submit a cease and desist.
