The new Labyrinth bikes are said to be released this July in UK. The company Windwave announces is arrival in UK this summer of 2010. The first bike available is the 150mm or 6 inches call Agile. They designed this bike to excel in climbing as well as descending rough trails.
The frame is the company’s very own ‘Adapt Link’ system. It is a single pivot layout that links between the swing arm and Marzocchi Roco Lo shock. At a low average of ration in the first 2in of travel, Labyrinth is almost insensitive to bumps. A linear action for the middle 2.8 in and a progressive 1.2 inches of travel makes this bike all smooth. The linkage is built at a 7005 triple butted frame that has been forged with links and asymmetric chain stays around it.
There is also the ISCG 05 mount and guides for Gravity dropper seat posts. They specifically designed to be versatile so that you can build it according to your preference. The frame is 140mm to 160mm travel forks. The head angle is a rocking 140mm fork set to 68 degrees and a degree slacker with a 160mm fork.
The Labyrinth’s bottom bracket height is also 140mm fork that is 13in, the total frame weight is 3.4 kg all in all or a good 7.49lbs. The Labyrinth bikes come in three colors, polished, white and black all available in July.
