Not only did Team Sky, Britain’s first ProTour team, announce on Thursday that they have signed Briton Bradley Wiggins, they also showed off what they will be riding next year. The bike is the Pinarello Dogma, with a black and blue color scheme. The bike is built off of Pinarello’s Dogma 60.1 frameset, with Shimano Dura-Ace components. The Dogma frames are lightweight, claiming to weigh in at 1050 grams, and are strong enough to endure the rough demands of professional cycling. They are built asymmetrically, to help balance forces between drive and non-drive sides. After the jump is a pic of Bradley Wiggins posing next to the bike. Expect to see Team Sky debut on the Pinarello Dogma in 2010!
