A U.K. bike company by the name of Charge has got a fixie worth mentioning, the trick-specific Charge Scissor. The Charge Scissor started its life out as an ordinary fixed gear Charge frameset. By tweaking the Charge Plug’s geometry (the frameset Scissor was built off of), and pairing it with BMX like forks, a 700c fixed gear bike with barspin clearance was born. The Frame is constructed of butted Tange Prestige cromoly, making it lighter and stronger than the Charge Plug. The Scissor was originally built for team riders Super Ted and Tom La Marche, but it can now be purchased for roughly $450. If you reside in the U.S., BTI is your distributer.
