The Cannondale Dutchess is a concept bike that identifies itself through its unique drive train. Wytze van Mansum, a TU Delft design student for Cannondale, designed the Dutchess. Mansum’s inspiration came for the growing demand for something different among urban cyclists. The Cannondale Dutchess is a women’s bike, marketed at the female rider who is looking for change. At the moment, the female bike is just a concept. We’ll see if it’s grand enough to make an appearance at next year’s InterBike.
